I had a great experience there, the staff is very friendly and helpful and kind, specially nurse Vanessa and Aurora, they are the greatest and with 3 days Mrs Aurora’s didnt go everything went down the drain, til nurse Vanessa got everything functioning well again. There’s this mean , rude very mean nurse called Angela she works nights but she’s very rude, the doctors are good except the medical dr. Experienced needed relief from the chaos in the ghetto it was like a resort going in there all the sleep detox and Hella good food can get seconds thirds drinks it really helped out doing stuff with the group like art and gym and movies it makes it go by so much faster then you get group therapy after you get out to continue care and they provide breakfast and lunch and a group therapist plus they do extra for us like field trips all over el paso Fridays is pizza or Rudy's BBQ day and Tuesdays and Thursdays is cafeteria food... read more

I was a patient at this facility and I found it scary to be there at first. Soon though the staff helped me with the transition to being there. The doctors there are brief but efficient. I appreciated the medicine changes even if I wasn't very enthusiastic about them at the beginning. The nursing staff was very supportive and runs a tight ship, in a good way.
