Rude, dismissive, and deeply uncaring staff who appear more concerned with insurance and their paychecks than the welfare of the patients in their care. UBH is awesome! I stayed at the Senior Unit and they saved my life because I turned Septic and had to go to the emergency room, if they wouldn't have acted fast and taken me to the emergency room I could have died. I feel blessed to be in a facility that cares for their patients. May God bless them, I feel so thankful.

I’m leaving this review because I checked reviews myself before my family had to make the difficult decision to have my underage sister admitted for inpatient care. I know how scary and uncertain that decision can be, so I hope sharing our experience gives other families some reassurance and context.
