Terrible owner. Damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it. First day at the wash and they had the blower blowing very hard. The kid worker there said it took off 8 mirror covers so far today, and not to worry and they will fix mine. waited two days and no one called. I went and talked to Shawn, the owner. Bad attitude from the start, but he said he will take care of my car after checking for 5 minutes to make sure that it wasn't broken already. First time there was today. I'd been waiting months to use my free wash coupon I'd gotten on the back of my HEB receipt. The code on the receipt wasn't working. I inquire with an employee, supposedly in charge. He tells me it expired at the end of 2016. But guess what, there's no expiration on the receipt. And that's what i told him. He goes on to tell me that, "it was a misprint on their part." Obviously he didn't understand.
