On December 21st I was charged $72. for a 15 minute 5 & 1/2 mile ride @1:55pm! There is no recourse or avenue to properly voice disputes or complaints! Some welcome to Indy! DO NOT CALL LYFT for a ride! Apparently they just charge whatever they want
Do not drive for uber or lyft as they will just deactivate your account with no physical proof of a good reason why they just do it out of the blue and some riders word.
Lyft is the worst company out there!! They never answer when you're in a emergency situation!!!! That their driver caused!! An charged for hours and places you never went!!!!
