The manager of this location, Zack Zur, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. On September 21st, at around 11:20 PM, I was rear-ended by an intoxicated Uber driver who had rented a vehicle from this business. Yo, y’all really gotta stop playing with people like we stupid. You snatched $749 outta my account so basically I paid the regular price plus some wild 50% service fee. Then boom, I get hit with another receipt saying the service charge was $119? Nah, that’s straight-up robbery. So let me get this right… the EZ Pass or whatever extra BS y’all added costs more than the damn car rental itself? Make it make sense. Ain’t no way this adds up this whole setup is shady as hell.
