Great product selection. Friendly staff. Would have given them a 5 but I bought the incorrect Kosh Chemie product, returned 2 day later with the unopened bottle and receipt but they would not let me exchange the product. Technically, the receipt does say all sales are final.

Water down I tried multiple chemicals non-diluted and still didn’t work I believe they water down their products
I bought a foam cannon it just last us 2 months, the company that built them said to take it back where I bought, they should replace it with no problem, the young lady there said no refunds, what keeps me of service is that I but a lot of chemicals and waxes there , my first time buying a foamer , this what I get even if I wait like 300$ a week , for sure they lost my business,
