A-1 services. Responded to an emergency situation when no one else bothered to call back. Courteous, personable and efficient!
Everyone is kind and knowledgeable about their work. I am thankful for their response to a nasty situation with another company. Uber got our heat working while the other company did a substandard service and dropped us without notification to us . We are in our 70s and we were treated with respect and kindness while they took over fixing our dilemma. Barb took quick and decisive action. We are grateful for their services.
The gas line to my igniter on my furnace was cracked from removing and cleaning the igniter over the years. The Uber Company was the only local business that answered their phone out of all the other businesses. That’s where the good part of the review ends.
