On December last year I was returning from Montreal to Toronto by flight into Billy Bishop I booked Uber to pick me up at Billy Bishop 30 minutes after my scheduled arrival into Billy Bishop. Due to bad weather my flight was delayed. When I landed at Billy bishop, I received a call from Uber driver that he had arrived. I informed him that my flight was delayed due to bad weather and it had just landed I needed about 15 minutes to come to pick up point. This company... Everyone switch to hopp or Lyft and watch how much better they are within a month of using it. The only reason uber has slightly better services is because they came first and we blindly trust them. Take a chance and switch it up, you'd be surprised what any other company can become with a little customer loyalty. This isn't high school, control yourself.
