I really like Uber and their service is fast to order orders
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My Uber Eats delivery driver lied and claimed they called and waited at the door — even though the instructions clearly said “leave at the door.” I have video footage proving that no one ever came to the house. Uber support refuses to issue a refund and keeps saying the driver followed their guidelines. How can someone follow the rules when they never even showed up? Worse ride app
This app is a joke. I had 25$ for my kids to eat something and I placed the order. They took my money then a message said "sorry we cannot process order or something along those lines. Long story short they took all the money and now are saying it'll take 10 days to get back.... after that I started looking through my history of my transactions and they double bill and then there's all these weird "uber reversal payments" .
