This department may need better communication somehow. I appreciate the department and everyone there. I had a wonderful ultrasound experience last summer (2026) -but wanted to mention recently (sept 2026) the CT tech after a long day left for a one hour much needed break for dinner. He arrived back at 7:45. There were 3 of us scheduled for scans at 7,7:30, and 7:45. We sat in a hallway wondering if the department was running or if it was closed. Went in for an HSG, the nurses were extremely nice and comforting. Thanks Sam for your kindness. The procedure went well and the doctor was nice as well.
