Kudos to Nurse Lisa and her company today...I was a little bit behind my schedule but they still wait for me. And I got the full service with care and professionalism. May you continue giving out the best service to your patients.
Lisa is wonderful. Her bedside manner is amazing, and she's the only nurse who has placed and removed a catheter that didn't cause me discomfort afterward.
It took a while for them to return my call, but once I was there, they were friendly and professional. The entire time I was in the waiting room though, the receptionist wasn't doing much...so I don't know why she can't pick up the phone when people call.
