My experience at UB Tan is unfortunately one that I am still fighting. The membership that I signed up for was a monthly, automatic withdrawal from my account for the Mystic Tan machine. In December of 2014 the machine broke which it had done frequently so I wasn't concerned, I just asked that someone call me when the machine was fixed. Went back in January, still broken. HORRIBLE. I had a one year package, I paid the starter fee in the beginning and now that I want to cancel it, that doesn't apply to the cancelation fee. Even though that is what I was told when I signed up. On top of that, I have to pay for an additional month past when my one year contracted started? The black magic bed is always broken, it has been for the past seven months so there's only one available. It's a popular bed so every time I come in I'm stuck waiting 30- 45 mins for the bed. I have attempted to go to this location twice prior to 11:00 AM and though their hours state that they are open at 9:00 AM. No one was there to unlock the doors or let me in. The prices are good but not worth the hassle!

Never ever go to this salon! I worked there and it is a terrible place the boss is a complete nut job... Ask anyone of the customers that go there.. The whole time I worked there I never heard one good thing come out of a customers mouth about the boss, and if you ever sign up for ""Club" don't ever expect to stop paying for it because she will keep charging and charging your account even after you cancelled it...

I am so sorry for the experience that the first reviewer had with the old owner of UB Tan. There have been many positive changes made at UB Tan since 2010. We have a new location by Lifetime Fitness and Eric's Bikes, new processes have been implemented to address concerns by clients, regular lamp changes to insure all clients are getting a quality tan and many specials created to benefit our clients. I do encourage you to give UB Tan another chance, we welcome the opportunity to turn that frown upside down. ;)
