Our floors turned out very nice. We were very surprised however when a subcontractor arrived at our home not a UB Hardwood employee. We were not notified in advance of this or that UB used subs. The sub turned out to be very helpful and talented. We purchased appliance moving and the sub was not able to provide this service as we expected, so the cost was refunded. Great team at UB! They were committed to high quality work, responsive and ensuring the job was done correctly. Our herring bone floors turned out great.
We had a great experience at UB getting carpet for our basement. We went in store, Melanie was very helpful and knowledgable. We got carpet measured, ordered, and installed within a month. The whole process was seamless and we are super happy with it. Will use them again for sure!
