We can’t say enough good things about all of the people at Universal Builders who we dealt with. Our roof replacement hit a couple of snags, but Universal Builders made sure that everything was done and done correctly. And everyone there was always polite and professional. We highly recommend this company.
We had them inspect our roof after a hail storm. We were told there is roof damage and we need to file a claim. They were notified what time the insurance adjuster would be there. Universal builders said they would be there but were a no show.
The process was so smooth. Great communication and follow-up. Uses great electronic technology to be able to receive documentation and make payments. Great craftsmanship and cleanup. Besides beautiful roof you wouldn't even known they had been there! Highly recommend.
