Wow. I had a billing issue and you shut off my account because it was 14 days past due on a $20 bill. I will call to update my billing today. Small oversight which totally disrupted my business.
Units don't read finger prints correctly, it takes soo many times to clock in, wouldn't waste money on this junk.
Tech sucks. Customer service makes me want to waffle stomp this piece of shit timeclock. Absolute garbage.
5 stars, if they ever get the export to WageEasy fixed!
The user and web interfaces of this unit and the corresponding software are very feature rich, however, the support from uAttend has been lackluster. I have been troubleshooting my timeclock since August and almost every time I contact uAttend I am working with a new person which, while friendly, starts the process of fixing my problem over from the very beginning. All I want is one tech support person to help me fix this issue from start to finish!
Easiest system to use. If you're converting from salary to hourly, don't use any other aystem period. Affordable and easy. Best system for outside sales reps. You know exactly where they are when they clock in. !!!!!! Uattend....we need a refferal program for your existing clients. Like one month free service per referral. Your business will increase!!! Or just contact me. I'll get you some business:)
