Called and asked if they had what I was needing, they said there was 5 that matched the year and model, had to come look. I got a 1999 Chevy pickup that I needed the long rod that lowers the spare tire. I called uapi in Texarkana. he said yea I got them for 5$. I head up there walk around for 45 minutes and find one. The guy there said that'll be 12$. I told him I had just called and got a price for 5$. He said I don't know who you talked to but it's 12.
