I have gone here ever since I was a kid and it is really a shame how terrible this place has become. If you were looking for a good place for a family doctor who will see you and your family , this isn't the place. The staff are some of the most rude people you encounter in a professional environment. Even something as simple as checking in, the staff seem completely annoyed just because they have to greet you and ask who you're going to see. 0/10 experience. I brought my 2 year old here on day 4 of him being sick. This was 7/3/24. The woman who checked my son is Anna Blevins. She checked his lungs for 2 seconds & said “sounds clear, so i’m not worried about pneumonia or anything.” then, checks his ears and says she can’t see. After finally asking if we’re 100% sure it’s not another ear infection she says “no, because I can’t see, if you want to clean his ear wax, then I could see.” I asked if someone else could check.
