Very friendly staff. It was an easy in and out trip with no issues.
Literally the last 3/4 times I’ve had to take the kids here they spend almost no time examining them before they’re telling you you’re good to go. Tonight, I went in for myself for heel pain. I’ve had a couple major surgery’s on the ankle of the foot it’s coming from, as well as popping and cracking the last day. Dr Craig Nadelston came in & his examination was yanking my ankle around asking if it hurt. It cracked every time & felt like he just popped it out of place. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I also received a follow up phone call as promised. The professional staff seemed quite knowledgeable. Entering a dark reception area to stand in a line doesn’t set the stage for a good experience. Facility clean.
This place is a money hungry joke. My daughter is a college student with commercial insurance and called me this morning with ALL the symptoms of a pinched nerve. It's been going on for a few days. I told her to go to this place to get a steroid to find some relief. A $5 prescription for some Predisone is all that is needed. Nope! Instead, they order unnecessary bloodwork that is going to cost me $$$ out of pocket, and she left with ZERO relief!! Unbelievable! Bloodwork came back normal, as expected. I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30 am. I got checked in and gave them my ID and insurance. Everything went smoothly until the doctor walked in. It wasn't the doctor I had that appointment with. I assumed she had some sort of last minute thing that made her unavailable to see me. He prescribed me antibiotics. I was told when I called to see where my Rx was, that I never checked in and that I saw the walk in clinic instead.
