I buy tickets to a show and the show has to reschedule months later. I'm not available for the reschedule so I reach out and let UAP for a refund but that's not how that works from the Owner, CEO & Founder. I'm pretty sure Tom being the Owner, CEO & Founder made that rule and now he just provides me with something I didn't buy and keeps my money. I can always transfer the tickets... but not get a refund. Ill not recommend or use this service again.
Tom was the best! He was so helpful, brought great equipment and spare things that are commonly forgotten, and helped make our event a success
