I had total knee replacement surgery on Monday morning. Dr. Paul Edwards is my Ortho Doctor. I was a patient on the Ortho floor. From the check in process to the discharge orders, the entire staff treated my family and I with honor, respect, and class. Every nurse, tech, nurses aid, and nutritional employee did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Even the meals I had were very good. This was the dirtiest hospital I have ever been in. I had a bad experience with a nurse bullying me. I am a nurse and know my patient bill of rights and mine were totally violated. My first surgeon sent me home two days after surgery with a bad staph infection and a UTI.
Great Doctors and helpful staff! Only comment is sure wish the laboratory services was a little faster !
Uams is a wonderful place to work. It feels like home with wonderful people!!!
The staff are all so professional. Very impressed with the nursing staff. They are friendly, compassionate and takes time to listen. Thankful my family member is here!
What do I think? I think they saved mine and my sons life 6 years ago and I am forever in their debt.
