I had always liked uams and it's reputation. That all changed on Wednesday. I had the pleasure of having a instrument dropped in my mouth at the hospital and it's still working it's way out.. They sent me to a clicic down the road instead of sending me to the uams er. The DR at the clinic did not understand that when I was closer to the uams er.
I have had two appointments with ENT doctors in the past three months. Both times I came away more than pleased from my experiences. My doctors were professional and compassionate. Highest rating!
I had a very good experience. Everyone was very cordial and professional. I saw my Diabetic Doctor Goulden. He was very attentive and because I have some issues he sent me for xrays and blood work. Got everything checked in one day and saw my doctor. Very Pleased!
I've had good & bad experience at this Hospital. I recently went to the ER there. I fell on the ground and cracked my knee on the concrete surface. Got to the ER, waited over three hours before going to the back to be seen by the doctor, get to the back, waiting on the doctor about another hour. My three children came to my rescue they saw how I was waiting, they can tell I was getting frustrated, my oldest daughter said come on moma we gone take you home so you can get you some rest.
