Dr Goulden MD, Endocrinologist, is so delightful & very thorough!! He has worked with me during a very difficult time answering all of my questions. My appointment waiting time was 10 min with 0 wait for labs!!! Thank you �

I have no problems at all with the services I received at UAMS. My problem is with their billing system. I discovered, quite by accident, that I have a $150 overpayment on my account (from 2016)!!!! UAMS did not feel the need to let me know that I had overpaid on this account, but I am certain they would not have waited 2 years if I owed THEM money! I sent the billing department a request for a refund, and they refuse to refund the money because I had some recent services that have yet to be processed by my insurance company... read more
went in through the ER , it took 2 days to get my son his clothing he was checked out before the bag of clothes was even found not to mention he was there because of his mental stability and substance abuse and just because he was grown enough to check himself out the next day he was asked by the doctor are you checking out today who does that ???who ask a patient whose mental stability is borderline one day and or over the edge the next and STILL has a substance abuse problem that type of question.
