So, I had to withdraw my son from his daycare.... UAMS Kids First. I believe the last straw with me was walking in and my son had a (double brace) AFO left on his leg, ankle, and foot at nap time. It is mandatory it comes off due to pressure sores and circulation. He just got botox injections two weeks ago. We are supposed to be helping his health. UAMS Kids First has been by far the worst therapeutical day care. The amount of neglect towards the children by the staff is heartbreaking. My nephew attended this daycare up until today. He wears an AFO brace on his leg throughout the day but the brace is not to be worn during sleep times for several different reasons. One being the risk of low circulation.
