They never answer their phone. Ever. When I was there getting my wellness I mentioned to the doctor who was seeing me to have my mother's doctor call me so I can let them know some issues my mother may have that she may not be telling them. Doctor said he would leave a message to have them call me but they never did. They expect you to be prompt and right on time for your appointment but then they put you in a room and make you wait literally an hour and a half before sometime comes in and checks on you. I have been with this place for a while and all they have done to me is brush me off I waited in their office from 3 o’clock till 5 o’clock when they closed and they did not even see me until 530 way past closing time then when I got upset and mad about it, they told me to go back in my room and sit down then on top of that every time I need something they don’t get back with me. I am a patient of Dr. Ables and in my ten years of having a very complex and hard medical history, he is the best doctor i’ve ever had. I’ve been to many specialists and PCPs all around Arkansas, he is the best. He takes the time to understand his patients to know their best interest, he listens and truly cares about what you go through on a day to day basis, he is very intelligent, can make you laugh when you’re having a hard day and is highly empathetic.
