Everyone was friendly. There wasn’t much of a wait time after the nurse left the room and Dr. Songy came in. Which I liked. He was very helpful with explaining what was happening with my shoulder.
After having months of physical therapy for my neck it was decided my issues were shoulder related, rotator cuff to be exact. I was referred to Dr. Chad Songy with UAMS. After reviewing my MRI it was determined I needed surgery. Everyone told me how horrible this surgery is and I was dreading the surgery and tried to figure out a way where surgery wasn’t needed. I would recommend Dr. Songy to anybody who needed any kind of orthopedic surgery, he is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. What blew me away was the day I had surgery. He personally called me and checked on me to make sure everything was OK and in today’s life a doctor doesn’t do that so thank you Dr. Songy everybody from his office to the hospital was nothing but polite, courteous, and willing to help with whatever you needed.
