so far so good. mostly nice nurse, even though i hate hospitals. enter at your own risk.
It is absolutely ridiculous that my insurance is accepted for an eye exam but not accepted to purchase my glasses there afterwards. Every other time I have had an eye exam (in many other places), I was able to pick new frames and order glasses immediately after the exam. I was unable to do that at the Jones Eye Institute. Very inconvenient and impractical!
I bring my daughter here for her rare eye diease pars planitis. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are awesome! They treat my daughter and the rest of my family with such care!

My husband was referred to Dr. Sami and he is having a couple of procedures done. The nurses and all staff make everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed. My husband is seen by many doctors at UAMS and we feel blessed to receive this awesome service and kindness by all. So lucky our daughter in law recommend UAMS.
