Do not go to this place. I wish you could give no stars. They do not keep staff so you will never see the same doctor and the nurses staff are so unprofessional and uncaring. They do not up date records at all and when trying to get a prescription called in is useless because of the unkept records and the staff s lack of comprehension. This is just typical Selma. Don t waste your time, take the drive and go to Montgomery or Prattville where there is such a thing called quality care.
