Saved my life. Seriously they saved me from dying. I had an infection B4 the other dentist pulled my tooth. Instead of him giving me antibiotics 1st, he just pulled it breaking my jaw & the infection spread into my jawbone. My face looked like I had a softball n my check. Went to the local ER here & they rushed me by ambulance up to UAB to perform a bone replacement. They said the surgery would take about 2.5hrs. Well 5.5hrs later they were done. Worked closely with me to navigate Alabama Medicaid for a friend with serious health challenges. Oral Surgeon did a great job on the surgery, which was a life saving necessity for him to be able to be infection free, to allow for him to have Cardiac Surgery to implant a pacemaker and defibrillator needed for his severe Cardiac Condition.
Dr Castro is phenomenal and the staff is pleasant and helpful
I had 5 bottom teeth taken out by Dr. Sitti. I'm in excruciating pain! It was done 5 days ago. My cheek on the inside is gashed open about 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep. The side of my tongue is gashed open the full length. My bottom lip, from the corners of my mouth to center on both side was smashed so hard it took 1/4" of skin off. The roof of my mouth in two places is cut. My top teeth were pulled months ago but somehow the ridge is crushed. Had to have a 3D xray. Wasn’t there 10 min before they called me back. The whole appt wasn’t even 30 min. Dr Sitti was real nice as well as his team. Would definitely recommend
