My daughter and I went to this spa for manicures. I explained to the lady at the front desk that my daughter is highly allergic to most nail polishes and to please use the vegan products we brought. They ignored our instructions and used a regular basecoat and in addition to the vegan product we brought in. When the nail tech was prepping my daughter's nails and doing the cuticle part of the manicure she actually cut my daughter. Worst nails
I was really disappointed with my experience. I showed a simple square French tip design before we started, and they still couldn’t do it. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t great either. Definitely not what I expected and I would not recommend it at any cost.
