Joe is a regular hard working guy trying to help the regular people get the car they need at a price they can afford. even when he sells them as is he has had them gone over and only puts out one that he feels are good vehicle and he has even stood behind ones I've ended up having an unforseen issue with. more fair than most dealers around here
