Happy dog, happy owners! I have taken my dog here 3 times and have had a wonderful experience. Andres was very helpful the first time I took my dog in to the store. I had never taken a dog in to be groomed before and he was very patient, answered all my questions, and did a great job with my dog. The second time I went to the store, I went to wash the dog myself and was struggling to get him into the tub. My dog and I had fun, I'll definitely be back for another wash I never really new what to expect. I never washed my own dog before at a groomers. I have to say the owners were really helpful and walked me through the process. I felt comfortable and my dog had fun too. I've always hated washing my dog at home because of the mess and cleanup. At U-Wash doggie, I was in and out and it was hassle free. I'd definitely use the service again, just because it's more convenient.
Great Wash & Service I like the simplicity of stopping by at any time to wash my dog. The staff is courteous and very helpful. It has a local mom & pop atmosphere. I found the store to be clean enough to my standards for a place people scrub animals. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends.
My Cats Went In HAPPY; Came out TERRIFIED and WITH FLEAS!! BAD SERVICE, EXPENSIVE, AND NOT CLEAN!!! I have 3 Indoor Only cats that have lived together for 4 years and never had any problems with one another - EVER! That all changed after our nightmare experience with U-Wash-Doggie. ATTACKED & MY DOG CAME OUT LOOKING HORRIBLE!! i will never go there again & i strongly urge others to avoid "u wash doggie" groomers!! if you want your dog to come back shaved and uneven then take them here. my dog was shaved to her skin. hello! its like 90-100 degrees outside. i do not want my dog getting burned by the sun. if you like a half ass job then that's is what you will get at this over priced groomers. they shaved the front of her legs and left the back hairy. they didn't do her face, paws, or tail. my dog is left... read more
For a pampered pet This is a self-service doggie washing facility. They have huge bathtubs with huge drains for all that hair! They offer doggie shampoos to the customer or you can bring your own. My dog was a little put off by the steps they have to go up to get into the elevated tubs, so the owner helped me get her into the tub. She enjoyed the experince very much, and I enjoyed not having a broken back from kneeling on the floor of my bathroom! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE NEVER leave your pet here!!! I left my dog here and they had the audacity of closing 20 minutes early. Not notifying me that they would! This is just horrible business practice!!! If you state you close your business at 5:00pm then that's when you should close the doors. If you plan on closing early you should at the Very Least notify the owner so the poor dog is not left there alone over night!!!! I was mortified when I arrived at 4:40pm and the lights and door were locked in this business. The ve... read more
My dog loves getting groomed here! I've had a couple of bad experiences with other dog groomers but U-wash doggie is one of the best. My cocker spaniel (Lady) is a little traumatized from past experiences and gets a little over dramatic when taken to the groomers. I'm happy to say she always comes out looking fresh and even from U-wash doggie (without any cuts! Unlike some other grooming salons). I most definitely recommend this place! Oh, and the prices are very reasonable. â»
