I took my white truck to The Original Soft Cloth Car Wash for the $7.00 wash. Because my truck is white, dirt shows easily, and I was looking for a solid cleaning. Unfortunately, the wash did a poor job; my truck was still dirty afterward. When I went to dry it off, I found that the big blue towel dispenser was completely empty, leaving me with no way to finish drying my vehicle properly. Carwash popped our tire with a huge cut, attendant was then mad at us. Had to pay for a tow and new tire ourselves.
The machines are old and got stuck inside, my side mirrors did not get cleaned, they got worse, the guy used an old filthy water to clean the window, i paid for the premium but when i left the machine, the soup was still on the car!
Nice staff here. This is the best choice to beat Jax Car Wash who think they have taken over!
