I recently purchased a Rung Runner from U-Teck. They were the only company I could find that had them in stock. In dealing with their Customer Service I found myself wishing that other companies I deal with were this competent, and in tune to their customer's needs. Casey, and Debbie were great, and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work. In the future, I'll be checking U-Teck's inventory first before placing my order anywhere else. Thanks again.
