very disappointed and so are my two kids. It’ was 6:45 on a SATURDAY And only ONE machine was “sort of” working. There was no frozen yogurt to be had and not even mentioned when we walked in. Why even bother being open? I had to load my upset 1 and 4 year old back into the car and go somewhere else. I was told it was because the machines have to be cleaned tomorrow so they are empty?!?! How frustrating.
Great service...clean, tidy, fresh ....what’s not to love? Kevin was awesome...he saw some customers waiting in their cars and opened a bit early to accommodate. He was friendly and visited personally with each customer! We are all so quick to complain, but it’s time we start co plimenting when service aNd business is goo. Kevin was amazing andqe will definitely keep this on our favorite list!
