Best management & always nice when talking on the phone , best storage facilties in Wa & Oregon
If you’re looking for what is literally a dog-shit quality self storage establishment, you have come to the right place. Management is on some kind of power trip, making up rules on the spot that were not in the written contract and every time you come here they’ll have something new that you’re doing that they’ll be complaining about. The Kent location is not helpful if you have issues and I was locked out of my paid unit for 3 weeks and management refused to give me any credit for my lost time. Staff is discriminating who they choose to allow to use autopay and who is forced to pay with a money order. I don’t recommend using this place to store your items and I plan to relocate to a better facility that is customer oriented.
