My mom has stored at this place for a few years, help her out when I can. The folks there have always been kind and helpful with service, never overcharged her. I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys are pretty rad.

I rented a vehicle storage space from U-Store's West Eugene facility on 10/21/2023, to store my GMC safari van for easier access. I was met with friendly service and a relatively easy registration process. Two weeks later on the morning of 11/4/2023 I received a call from their attendant saying that someone had gotten into your facility and that the window of my van was down.
