Felicia was an absolute professional! She not only explained everything from the fees to the amount of storage the unit could hold….. all with a smile and warm invite! Excellent customer service and I'm very happy with the rental. Staff is just amazing at both locations I visited.
I would love to give the facility 5 stars however, the general manager Felecia is extremely nasty and impatient. She lacks customer service skills and will cause one to change their mind about using this facility. There is one other person there who works one day a week there who is a polar opposite of this general manager. I wish her facility was convenient.
