I had a rental unit for about 2-3 years. Everything was fine until I moved out. Not only did they keep my security deposit, they were VERY rude in the process. My dad emptied my unit for me because I was at work. He turned in the keys and was not given my deposit back because they said that I was given two keys. So when I hear news of this I called the office and was told to look at my contract that EVERYONE was given two keys.
