We rented a site here since before SpareBox bought out the previous ownership. Potential customers should understand that since SpareBox took over, rent increases occur every 6 months without fail. My own rental price increased 37% over the past year. Meanwhile, service and access to the facility has decreased. There is no longer a person working at the office on site. Buyer beware! This was a locally owned storage lot until Sparebox purchased it under a year ago (late 2021). Now they’ve removed all human contact, made drive-in access to the storage lot more difficult and raised the rates twice. When you call to inquire about anything, you’re routed to a contracted call center in the Caribbean. Want to talk to someone local about your concerns? They won’t give you any contact information.
