Called the customer service line. Beyond rude. Played as if she lost the call not to help me. Assigned me a 30ft spot instead of 40 which is what I rented.
I called looking to rent a storage unit as soon as possible as we are on a time crunch, and I was connected with Shanice, who assisted me in securing a storage unit within ten minutes. Shanice was professional, kind, polite, and personable. I have never rented a storage unit before and the task seemed daunting to me, for whatever reason, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy (and cheap!) it was with Shanice’s help. poor customer service, and incredible rude supervisor. Refuse to provide insurance wave form. Claiming that insurance was mandatory by law, every place is like that. which is a lie... These places are ripping people off...
We rented a site here since before SpareBox bought out the previous ownership. Potential customers should understand that since SpareBox took over, rent increases occur every 6 months without fail. My own rental price increased 37% over the past year. Meanwhile, service and access to the facility has decreased. There is no longer a person working at the office on site.
