poor customer service, and incredible rude supervisor. Refuse to provide insurance wave form. Claiming that insurance was mandatory by law, every place is like that. which is a lie... These places are ripping people off...
We rented a site here since before SpareBox bought out the previous ownership. Potential customers should understand that since SpareBox took over, rent increases occur every 6 months without fail. My own rental price increased 37% over the past year. Meanwhile, service and access to the facility has decreased. There is no longer a person working at the office on site.
