They have offices and a person to service you. The lady is very nice and knowledgeable. She showed us the facility and explained everything. The facility is clean, great service and I’m very pleased with it

To Danielle, Lucy’s manager, I hope you’re reading this because Lucy shouldn’t be a manager and needs customer service and interpersonal communication skills training and likes playing solitaire on her phone during business hours and gets annoyed when that’s disturbed by customers or her staff.
