Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Elevator was out and they made sure I had a cart on both floors and propped all door open I needed open. It’s the little things that go all way.
We have had our storage unit with Mini U Storage for decades, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly! Never a problem with access.
They were so nice. The elevator was down (not a normal occurrence) on move-in and they quickly helped me change to a ground floor. Quick on the freeway from Georgetown too.
Elevator has been broken for a long time. Good luck if you have stuff stored on the floors other than the ground floor. No discount offered for broken elevator. Never again.
The elevator at 5829 has not worked for 2 months. I am disabled and unable to access my storage unit. They refuse to answer my calls or refund my storage fees for the time my elevator was/is not running . I suggest you go elsewhere for your storage needs !
