To Danielle, Lucy’s manager, I hope you’re reading this because Lucy shouldn’t be a manager and needs customer service and interpersonal communication skills training and likes playing solitaire on her phone during business hours and gets annoyed when that’s disturbed by customers or her staff. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Elevator was out and they made sure I had a cart on both floors and propped all door open I needed open. It’s the little things that go all way.
We have had our storage unit with Mini U Storage for decades, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly! Never a problem with access.
They were so nice. The elevator was down (not a normal occurrence) on move-in and they quickly helped me change to a ground floor. Quick on the freeway from Georgetown too.
Elevator has been broken for a long time. Good luck if you have stuff stored on the floors other than the ground floor. No discount offered for broken elevator. Never again.
