The elevator at 5829 has not worked for 2 months. I am disabled and unable to access my storage unit. They refuse to answer my calls or refund my storage fees for the time my elevator was/is not running . I suggest you go elsewhere for your storage needs !
This is a very nice storage. The staff was friendly and facilitate the booking process. The place is accesible and clean.
Attendant was very helpful, facility looked clean unlike others. But a little hard to find.
DeNisha helped me with my online reservation and she was amazing. Great follow up, friendly, helpful. Much more personal customer service than I was expecting. The building is clean and the 5x5 unit I got was larger than I expected. There are lots of carts available for moving in. Very satisfied, especially for the price and location.
