They have an extremely convenient load-in setup. Plus, as a benefit, they also provide dollies for us to use which speed up the process greatly! The staff has always been so helpful & nice in helping me get set up, and they’re very prompt in returning calls. It’s very safe & clean - I’d recommend them 100% for anyone needing climate controlled storage!
Can't reach anyone in the office. Doesn't matter what time of day you call. If you leave a message, you won't get a call back. Bad customer service
