I rented summer of 2024…paid in full, no problem. Summer 2025 mistyped email with proof of insurance and was charged a fee that they refused to remove even though I explained and clearly had coverage. If $18 is worth losing a customer then my money will definitely be better spent elsewhere. Complete disbelief.
