Got a unit at the Joaquin location and had to throw out almost everything because of spiders and mice destroying it all. Hundreds of dollars of clothes covered in mouse droppings. Boxes destroyed and molded from either rodent urine or water leak? Don’t recommend. The security is great but they don’t care about pest control obviously.
