I am very satisfied with the help I received from Paula this afternoon. It was a last minute reservation and I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to manage to get everything together but she really was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am completely happy with the service I received. Myca was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns.
I spoke to Tina to set up my account. She was awesome! Very helpful and super smart. When I went to close my account do to having finished moving and not needing it, cleo did a great job helping me. Both people satisfied my needs for customer service and left me with a smile. Would definitely recommend this company.
Andrea was a great help, especially when I coukdnt get service to figure out how to open my unit to get the disc lock.
