The managers here are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re settled in whether it’s telling you the best way to take in a big uhaul to your unit or being available to open the gate for you. I actually switched over to a smaller unit this month and, within an hour of switching online, received a call making sure that was my intentions and asking if there was anything I needed to make the move less chaotic. Highly recommend this storage unit facility. Donna Sue is very sweet and kind, and I had absolutely no troubles while renting. The Units were also clean on the inside. If I ever need a storage unit again U-store is my first and only choice!
this is a great place to rent storage space. the owner/operators are super nice and easy to work with. the prices are good. They just added lots of new units so get in touch with them!
Really Nice Staff Members
They do not clear their lot of snow in the winter so don’t plan on moving anything in or out until the snow melts. I got stuck in the lot. It was pure ice. They just told me the owner doesn’t clear it because there’s nowhere to put the snow, but there definitely is.
