Great facility in Mt. Vernon! Clean facility! Added bonus is the climate controlled units! Keeping my items safe is so important! Will continue to rent here!
Drove over 2 hours to get my stuff out of the unit just for the key to not work and be charged for "customer" lock to be drilled even though the lock was from the company and was given to me with one (1) key when I first opened the unit. Also just finding out a year later that previous workers were stealing from the units, including mine. The individual working also told me his managers were on vacation, only to tell my mom less than 10 minutes later than he is the manager.
