We have rented storage units from U-Stor in Orange Park for many years and have never been disappointed. Units are very clean, access is easy, units can be secured with locks which can be purchased at the U-Stor office, access 24/7. Easy and convenient parking, friendly staff, bill pay is easy and secure. I highly recommend U-Stor Orange Park.
I've rented Storage here and it was the absolute worst place to do business in the entire Tampa area! There are so many other Storage options to choose from, so be sure to save your money and protect your property from this over priced company! There is another review on here where a 5 star review was written by the current managers- that looks desperate!
We have been associated with U-Stor Blanding Blvd. for many years and greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service provided. They are always friendly, helpful and courteous and highly recommend them!
9/18/24 In response to management's response: Lies. I never swore once at this representative and while Original review: Reserved a u-haul trailer at this location and checked in online as prompted through a Text for efficiency. Arrived at the location to pick up the trailer, got the paperwork done, Then the representative proceeded to make me wait while he processed the Two separate parties that came in behind me, After my contract had already been issued & rental time started.
