9/18/24 In response to management's response: Lies. I never swore once at this representative and while I did hook up the trailer myself BECAUSE ALTHOUGH I HAD ARRIVED FIRST TO AN EMPTY LOBBY, HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE FOR TIMESAVING PURPOSES, AND RECEIVED MY CONTRACT, the rep decided to clear his lobby first, handling ALL customers that came in while serving me, then go outside to assist with the vehicle hookup and inspection AFTER he was done with everyone in the office.
