I never swore once at this representative and while I did hook up the trailer myself BECAUSE ALTHOUGH I HAD ARRIVED FIRST TO AN EMPTY LOBBY, HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE FOR TIMESAVING PURPOSES, AND RECEIVED MY CONTRACT, the rep decided to clear his lobby first, handling ALL customers that came in while serving me, then go outside to assist with the vehicle hookup and inspection AFTER he was done with everyone in the office. We have rented storage units from U-Stor in Orange Park for many years and have never been disappointed. Units are very clean, access is easy, units can be secured with locks which can be purchased at the U-Stor office, access 24/7. Easy and convenient parking, friendly staff, bill pay is easy and secure. I highly recommend U-Stor Orange Park.
