Been here a couple yrs now. Great secure place that's well kept. The office staff Sue will help in any way she possibly can. Never any issues. I'm in and out of my unit during the day and sometimes at night. 24 hr access helps keep money coming in! Thank you Sue for keeping your promises !! Yrly reviews on rent increase is the best one. IDK of any other storage facility that offers same guaranteed rate for a solid year. I've rented at all of them around your facility went from 187. The facility is very well taken care of. Sue in the office is always ready to assist . I've had a couple units there for a yr or two . The price guarantee for a yr is awesome on already low market price they are giving. And doesn't go up much . I think it was 10 bucks a month. Thx U-stor if you need storage check here 1st! And ask For Sue! Now that the access has been cleared and the lanes are open. Not to mention the light to get you on either direction safely is all in place and working now. Great management.
Facility was Gated and felt really secure. Ms Sue was great to work with, Courteous, Polite, Informative, Good Communicator, and Professional. Could not have been a better experience.
Everybody that I’ve met whether they’re a customer or an employee there have been great very pleasant. The whole area seems to be kept nice and clean without a bunch of trash. I’ve been very happy.
