Had to Rent a Unit last minute, I called other faciltes there prices were much higher and some of the staff seemed unfriendly, When I called U Stor It on North Sherman Street I felt Allison gave me the best answers and New what she was talking about! I came in and rented the next during the snowstorm and they were Open! Thank You U Stor It for the great customer service and uncerstanding. I would recmmend them and there kind Office Staff to anyone who needs Storage!
Wonderful place.... The office Staff were great... They even helped us move some of our Item's! Tanya the manager was so helpful with finding the right size space and she is such a sweetie! We will def reccomend U Stor It to all of our family and friends..... J.Margeroe
U-Stor-It (Sherman Street) is a great, clean facility and so convenient for us! The staff is excellent and so nice to deal with! They even went the extra mile and gave us a larger unit for the same price they quoted us because all of the smaller units were already rented! We are very happy with them and would recommend their facility to anyone!
U-Stor-It in Dallastown has met all of our needs. We are very happy with the Hours of Access, Cleanliness, Customer Service, Price, and Security. We would recommend them to everyone as the #1 storage facility. Joyce Arnold
