I am from out of town and needed a storage unit to store some things I had left behind in Albuquerque. I can honestly say I had a great experience here. I never had any problems with the storage unit, and anytime something came up or I had questions, they were always willing to work with me and help. I had an absolutely horrific experience with this storage facility. My unit was broken into, and all of my belongings were stolen in broad daylight. The facility has a gated entrance and a personal code for each customer, which should trigger an alarm if someone tries to open the unit without the proper access. The problem is, the thief never used my code to get in, and despite that, the alarm never went off. This means they have a major issue with their alarm system. 100% recommend this place if you need a place to store your belongings very clean and safe. Randi is very nice and very helpful thanks for everything. If I need to storage space again I’ll definitely be back here.
