Great experience renting a truck from Herb. He was so helpful and thoughtful which is rare these days when dealing with customer service. We had just had 2 bad experiences in a row with budget truck rental before coming here, so it made us appreciate dealing with someone helpful even more.
Jami and Renee are awesome! They were so friendly and made my rental such a smooth transaction. Thank you ladies. I would definitely rent from you again!

Herb, was amazing. They provided us with first class service with courtesy and value. I do recommend
Can’t say enough good things about Herb who helped me with a U-Haul truck. When I showed up to pick up my truck Herb looked at the contract and was able to save me a ton of money by making it a round trip vs one-way. He also went out of his way to show me the features of the truck and even gave me his personal cell to call if there were any issues. Definitely recommend.
