I had previously rented a space from the U-Stor-It location at Berkmar for five years and never had issues. When I moved back to Town I found a storage place close to my home but was not happy so I decided to go back to the Berkmar location and couldn't be happier. I so glad I found Ustore it today. The Store was closing, but the customer service was so great that she stayed in the store. They showed me the unit. It was the perfect size perfect price and she she stayed Beverly stay with me to complete the whole process even after hours and I so appreciate her the store. I am so happy. She was very pleasant., efficient and price was good Alesia
Beverly was so kind and helpful and easy to talk to! I would highly recommend this facility for it's location and pricing and customer service!
