The people were really nice and helpful initially. But when I called to cancel my storage unit and give notice I had been confused about paying ahead for the month and no refund if you have already paid the month. I was trying to get clarification when a women took over the phone call and began talking over me stating the contract as we spoke etc....then said ok that's all ok have a good day now ok and click.
