The storage facility is ok. The customer service by U-Haul is sub par. It took me an hour in line just to get my gate code fixed. U-Haul has the highest rates too.
GREAT experience! We had to leave to find an indoor unit for our nonprofit during winter and I cried during moving day. Manager Jim is awesome and went above and beyond to help in many ways. My children played many days around the unit on their scooters while I stored donations. I highly recommend this place Great communication, clean units, safe and family friendly service.
